Shipping & Refund Policy


Everything you see on the website is already created and “ready to go”, so I will always try to dispatch items within 1-2 days, however I do have a young family! So please do allow up to 5 working days for processing & postage. If you need something urgently, please add a comment to the notes and I will do my best to help.

Harklin Creations Ltd is not responsible for any postage delays. Everything is sent “signed for” by Royal Mail meaning that any lost packages can be tracked and a case can be raised with cover up to £50, so if you have any issues please let me know and I will raise with Royal Mail.

COSTS: Shipping is available within the UK for a flat fee, you can choose between 1st or 2nd class postage, or if you are local, you are welcome to collect free of charge. All items are sent “signed for” for your items protection. 

You will receive an email when your item is dispatched so you can be assured it is safely on its way to you. First class mail generally takes 3-7 days, but can vary greatly due to ongoing strikes/seasonal rush. If you need an item urgently, please contact me and I will do my best to help!

I am unable to offer international shipping at this time. 

GIFTS: Orders already come packaged beautifully, however if you wish for an item to be gift wrapped, please write in the notes whilst adding to your basket- don’t forget to add your personalised message! Gift wrapped items use a variety of different wrapping papers, are hand tied with natural raffia ribbon and finished with a dried/pressed flower or foliage. Check out my socials @harklin_creations (Insta), @harklincreations (FB) to see examples! If you would prefer a particular colour/style of paper please also add this to the notes.

CUSTOM ORDERS: I have started to accept some custom earring orders, please message me if you would like to discuss!

I offer FREE delivery for UK mainland orders over £50, discount is automatically applied at checkout.

CHECKOUT ISSUES: Our earrings are one-of-a-kind . Several customers can have the same pair of earrings in their basket simultaneously, but these are not reserved until payment has been made.


We offer a 14-day return policy on items that are returned undamaged in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer returns for earrings.

We do not offer exchanges. Refunds only apply on full priced items (not sale items).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you need to return an item, please email us at to begin the returns process. Once your item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process the refund within 5 working days, back to the original payment method.

If in the unlikely event your items arrived defective or damaged or if you have any issues with your order, please email me on the above address and I will do my utmost to correct this for you!
