UK delivery is a flat rate of £3.99 via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Most items on the website are ready to go, however some handmade pieces may require final assembly or your chosen findings to be added before dispatch.

I aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but please allow a little extra time during particularly busy periods or following live shows.

If your order is a gift, gift wrapping is available to select at checkout.

At the moment, I only ship within the UK.

Delivery

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. I cannot be responsible for delays or additional postage costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information where available so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please get in touch with me as soon as possible and I’ll help to get it sorted.

CUSTOM ORDERS: I have started to accept some custom orders, including memorial ashes into jewellery. Please message me if you would like to discuss further.

Returns & Refunds

I really hope you love your Harklin Creations order. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible so I can help.

Returns

If you wish to return an eligible item purchased through the Harklin Creations website, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must then be returned within 14 days of notifying me.

Returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for unwanted items.

For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears must not be tried on or worn if they are to be returned.

Personalised or bespoke items made to your individual specification cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not as described, please contact me as soon as possible. Please include photographs where appropriate so I can get the issue resolved for you.

Please contact me before returning any item.
